Cancellation Policy: If you have subscribed to our services under a monthly agreement for hours or payment, you may cancel your subscription by providing 30 days notice unless otherwise written in your agreement. Please contact us to request cancellation. Any unused hours or fees paid for the current billing cycle will not be refunded. Please note that our refund and dispute policy still applies.

Currency: Unless otherwise specified in your individual agreement, transaction currency is US Dollars.
