Terms and Conditions for WS API for Brands
These terms cover WS API for Brands, a Meta app (app ID 1362112994926323) built and operated by Wyatt Solutions, LLC, a Maryland company ("we").
What the app is
WS API for Brands is an internal tool. We use it to publish content, mention and tag related Pages, report results and run advertising for businesses that hire Wyatt Solutions, including The Listening Room, Inc. It is not offered to the public, and there is no way to sign up for it.
Who may connect it
Only an administrator of a Facebook Page, Instagram account, Threads profile or ad account may connect the app to that account, and only for a business that works with Wyatt Solutions. By connecting it, the administrator confirms they have authority to let us act on that account. They can disconnect it at any time in Facebook under Settings, then Business Integrations.
How we use it
We use the app only for the business that connected it and only for content and advertising that business has approved. We follow Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We mention or tag another business's Page only when the post is about that business or its products.
Data
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy for WS API for Brands.
No warranty
The app depends on Meta's platform, which can change or become unavailable without notice. It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Wyatt Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Work for a client is otherwise governed by our agreement with that client.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
